QFT! I think ALMS will post up the real coverage Mid-O race on the home site (like they did for Laguna), but haven't seen it yet.
that documentary style is ridiculous, the only good thing about it is that the HD quality is way better than SPEEDs HD coverage of the races.
That was a good race. Watched it from flag to flag! Big thumbs up to Cocker for winning it. Good to see Drayson win...
excellent win! excellent race! I would have preferred a win from Brabs, but Drayson certainly deserved it! Petit ought to be a hell of a race, as Audi and Peugeot are going to be there, and I think Strakka racing is going to show up too...
I missed the Mid Ohio race due to playing Army so I had arranged to go to Road America but life got in the way again.
This was another example that endurance-racing can be just as exciting as sprints! Who would have thought the last 30mins of a 2 3/4hr race come down to that impressive battle?
There were some teams/drivers who earned a lot more respect; too bad Auberlin and Tucker aren't included, though.
I was stunned to see how close the top 4 finished- that was a great finale. Didn't see but the last few laps since we were out autocrossing, but I'm sure glad I found it.
heart breaking for Muscle Milk- but they HAD to take the chance on finishing- who would have figured just one fuel bobble a few corners from the end would happen.
One SMOKEN drive from Cocker- good lord- how can you come back from that far? And did anyone else think that Dryson put too much fuel in- that was a LOOOONG stop. Had they not won, that would have been questioned for a quite a while.
Loved it.
And a pretty good finish for the GT guys- Long held off the Corvette. And then the two Ferrari's going at it on the last lap- classic.
