I blame middle- age memory loss and the printer lead time.

Me too, I was going to hang it on the wall of shame but lost it somewhere. I keep meaning to order the back issue.

Not to brag or anything, but I've also had two cars in GRM. my challenge car and minivan in One Lap coverage (both were small enough to argue of that even counts).
I did make the front page of the Farmington (mi) Observer. My family was at a car cruise and a local reporter was there. I guess seeing a family of four show up in a classic mini was too much to pass up. He got a photo of me getting out, clearly showing my wife inside and the two kids in car seats in the back. One of these days I'm going to have it framed.
Oh and what the heck Lesley! You not only have had your words on print, you've been PAID for them (I'm often paid to shut my pie hole) AND won at least one award. Hardly inadequate.
I've been in "Say What" a couple times and had some notes on buying/selling cars online published in the magazine.
My wife's reaction to my statement "See honey, people DO want to hear what I think!" was not the one I had expected.

One day I hope to be mentioned in the mag, but I should work on not finishing DFL at an autoX. Or on having a car that will survive more than 5 runs.
Both problems would be solved if I brought my wife with me and we used her car.
I don't think you can claim egomaniacal glory until you've had a feature written about you.
I've had two! (Not GRM)
My ego was higher when I saw my name printed in the credits on a movie screen for the first time.
But I must admit, I turn to the "Say What" column first! (I've only made it there once, I think).
We need a leaderboard for "Say What."
I've never written a letter, but apparently i've vomited enough nuggets of goodness on these forums to have been in the mag 3-4 times i think. Maybe 5? Iono.
Bacon?
I admit, when I get a new issue from the mailbox, "Say What?" is always the first thing I turn to. I've been 'published' a couple times.
