I have a 24 ounce Yeti mug. It gets filled at least twice a day with simple black tea. Splurging for me means Red Rose. I drink coffee but there's none in the house.

My mom used to send me their teas - good stuff.

I drink a pot a day, at least 7 cups. BiL is a Brit and got me into Tetley, in the purple box. Easy to find in Kroger-owned grocery stores.

But I had to give it up cuz of the tannins, so now I drink rooibos, which is from South Africa (also, no caffeine). Currently buy it by the pound from Davidson's in Nevada. Bonus: there is some research that it has health benefits, too.

If you're into trying new teas, check out Lapsang Souchong, a Chinese black tea that's been smoked. Smells awesome - literally, smoky - but is fairly mild (don't oversteep tho).

I guess technically broth is like chicken tea so maybe I do like tea.

Sounds like I might have to pick up a teapot.

Also, I consume very, very little caffeine. This is more about the taste/experience than getting my caffeine fix.

Bonus points if you get a tea cozy for it.

Do you think they have any that look like a Miata?

Not just any teapot—you have to get an electric kettle. Be fancy; it makes the experience 100 times better.

I have family in England, so I suppose I'm predisposed to black tea (and gin). Oddly, I learned about rooibos when I was visiting there, but in fairness it was from a South African. I like it with a bit of honey. I've tried Lapsang Souchong, but I prefer it as part of a blend rather than straight.

I like hot and cold tea. Like many have noted, I LOVE the smell of fresh coffee beans...........can't get past the taste.

I remember when I was in high school 98-2000 and my first few years of college, I could go out somewhere and just order iced tea..........and wait for it, it was just iced tea. After receiving sweet tea so many times when I just order tea the last 15 years or so, I have to specify I don't want that sweet tea garbage.

I have never tried loose leaf teas but if I do I will definitely be getting one of these infusers. There are tons of other ones online but a Manatea is hilarious to me.

Next time I’m at the shop, I’ll have to poke around.

The two travel mugs a day are Yorkshire Gold, strong and sweet wink.

The farmers market usually has a tea person to grab the occasional loose leaf for later in the day/evening.

Cold winter night and your favorite ceramic mug with a mix of chai and lapsang-souchong(sp)?... yes

I know, Manatees aren't the same as Dugongs, but close enough.

While I was in North Carolina last year there was a metaphysical store I found and I just had to get myself a bag of Dragon Heart Tea—just a fun name. It was a loose-leaf dragon fruit and apple tea with some peppermint, and oh my god. I just ran out and am already craving more.
