Am I weird?

I died a little when no one took the Red White and Blue Merkur and it had to be crushed.

I cried when I sold my 2003 civic... it was my first real car that I owned. My dad gave it to me on my 18th birthday.

I sold my RX7 after getting in an accident with it to a kid I knew for pretty cheap. I thought he would treat it nicely and take care of it. Less than 2 months after he bought it from me, he rolled it driving like an asshat at 100 mph. I was less than pleased.

Hmm. 71 sububan, I kinda felt bad getting rid of it becasue i had liked it when i got it, but it was way too rusty covered in bondo, and it was either going to be fixed of the good parts were going to be used to fix another one.

1992 nissan sentra, it was too badly damaged to be repaired, and it would have needed alot of work anyway, but i was happy to sell it to someone who wanted to strip it for parts for the other sentras they had rather than sending it to the junkyard.

1985 shelby charger, i was not sad at all, i was really tired of fixing it, and the guy who bought it wanted to restore it. Last i heard nothing bad had happened to it, so im still glad that someone has it that likes it more than i do.

The only reason that I agreed to sell my 70 1/2 falcon coupe was because it was going to a good home. It was a good running car, but had more body work needed than I could handel. Its sad when legitimatly rare cars are considered low value; It had tremenous value to me. To be honest, since it was going to a Ford restorers personal collection to become a semi restored driver, I would have given it to him for free if it came down to that. I often fantisize about getting a large inheritance, then tracking that guy down and buying it back from him all fixed up.

Oh, and I will never forgive the guy that I sold my SAAB 9000 turbo to, who completly trashed it in 6 months, then complained that it was a piece of junk after a corner repair shop (that I warned him to stay away from) told him it couldn't be fixed because parts were NLA (just because the hick town auto parts store doesn't have them doesn't mean they are NLA)

I think posting on this message board automatically classifies one as weird!
