Just from the picture I can tell it needs floor pans, rocker panels, inner rockers, longitudinals, probably a battery tray and support, most likely lower firewall repair, definitely the sail panels are shot, and it probably needs rear trunk floors.

NOT CHEAP... NOT WORTH IT!

I'd say the 901 transaxles in them are worth it if they're serviceable.
