Old people can be fit, too. I remember agreeing to a MTB training ride once, with a group of mostly 60+ guys. Me being a wiry 20 yr-old though it would be a cakewalk, but ended up being well-and-truly out-ridden by dudes with grey hair who drive Camrys and go on Caravan holidays.

No kidding. Saw him at the rollergarden, some kid was blocking the inside line. He used a handholding couple to draft outside, tapped the kid, and sent him spinning off into the weeds.

Dude, I'd LOVE to be able to put the cuffs on a baddy. I'd put them on real tight and pull him up by 'em (not the handcuffs).
