What year range?
Lets say 96+ I'm looking at leather optioned vehicles, but any will do for measurements.
Look at 2nd and 3rd row seats from a Chev Astro/GMC Safari. They're the width you want and are free standing, but no integrated belts. Installation in another vehicle only requires modifying the pedestals. 2nd row from one with the higher end upholstery can be had with individual back rests and a sizeable flip up armrest.
