By NewsCore - What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas ... unless you sue your hooker when you get back home to New York City.
A New York college student has filed a lawsuit against the company of the dancer he hired during his Vegas vacation for committing an "illegal sexual act" on him, the Las Vegas Sun reported late Thursday.
Hubert Blackman filed the suit in federal court in New York earlier this month against a Las Vegas company called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals, the Sun reported. He is asking for a $275 refund for services and another $1.8 million.
"An escort did an illegal sexual act on me during her paid service to me'' and "I almost had gotten arrested," Blackman alleged in the suit.
Blackman said he was vacationing on the strip when he called the firm to arrange for a little strip of his own. Blackman said the woman danced for him for $155 and performed a sex act for another $120.
Blackman claimed the dancer solicited the sex act.
The next morning, Blackman called Las Vegas Exclusive Personals to demand his money back, according to the report, saying he was unhappy because the dancer had promised to stay for one hour and left after a half hour. Blackman added that, because he was drunk at the time, he was incapable of making an informed agreement.
When complaints to Las Vegas police failed, Blackman returned home and lawyered up.
Blackman said he now needs medical treatment for a mental condition related to the incident.
"I would like the court to close the business," Blackman said in the suit. "I also would like to get my $275 payment back and a $1.8 million verdict for the tragic event that happened."
