Oh hell, that has tons of power. Even the 1660ti might not be able to take full advantage of that CPU.
I'd say splurge for a 5700/5700XT or the 2060/2070 cards unless you can snag a 1070ti/1080 or Vega 56/64 on the cheap. Just know that like ProDarwin said, while the 2060 can ray-trace it's just not big or potent enough to take advantage of it. Do that with 16gb of DDR4 and you'll be set easily for the next 4-5 years before you'll start to think about upgrading.
