Wish I could help, but I'm 2 years out. And whatever division you are talking about didn't exist when I left (as far as I knew).
Yeah, looks like it was created in 2022. I'm guessing the pension days are long gone for non-union employees?

Yea, that ended in the early 2000s. Which is pretty dumb, IMHO, as there's no reason for people to stay. Turnover is expensive and time consuming.
But I got mine.
I'm across town at a competitor, but happy to talk. It's a weird time in automotive, morale seems pretty down across all 3 historically North American OEs. I know the industry is very cyclical, but it's a good place to be in terms of benefits and pay.

Correctamundo. The fact that they took my pension away with all the Visteon nonsense is a big reason I left in 2008.

my morale has never been higher!
I don't have a direct answer but in my experience with a company that big the employment experience is highly dependent on the department. So you really want to hear from people in that specific group for their insight to really be relevant to you.
