Are we talking about the car or the fact this is a picture of a car that has a guy taking a picture of the car meaning somewhere there is a picture of the car with the guy that took this picture in it. Whoa!
No idea but I kinda like it. It looks good in a hovercraft sort of way.
I first thought it might be one built for Demolition Man but I couldn't find anything that matches.

Found another shot. Aside from a bubble with a big blind spot, I don't know what it is.
It is called the EVT. It was built by Mike Vetter. It has an aveo drive train.

Well the front looks kind of cool but the back looks like the Snorklestang's futuristic relative...
