Hey guys,

I want to give out certificates/awards to my hockey team as our season ended last weekend. Is there a website or program that I can use to print up these in a way that I can customize them? I want to give out funny /quirky award names that I would have to be able to do custom. Nothing super fancy, but custom of course. I know you guys know everything about anything, so here I am.

Aren't there standard templates for this inside of Word (and other word processing programs)?

I have done this using the downloadable templates available for MS word and a parchment style printer paper available in small quantities at office depot. Open word and choose file>open. From there you should have the option to use a template, although how you get to that option varies with the version of word that you have. Once you are in the templates area, use the "search for templates" option to look for certificates and choose from one of the many styles available. You will need an internet connection to download the template. Modifying it is pretty straightworward, but if there are items on the template that you don't want you can usually click on them to highlight them and hit delete to make them go away.

On a Mac, Pages should do the same thing as Word.
