Anybody else having issues with the forum being intermittently slow?

Ya today it has been a bit rough compared to yesterday.

It seems to be a lot worse lately. 

Thank you for being patient. The nerds are working on it. (Of course I say that with love.)

Thanks for doing something. 

Looks subtly different and sure did get a speed boost in the last hour or so. 

Seems to be a fairly significant speed boost. 

I wish I was seeing this speed boost...

Same. No boost here. But they'll figure it out after the holiday. 

Still slooooooooow for me too.

Mine is also slow and I am having trouble posting too.. Keep getting an error when trying to post on the action camera thread and the error message told me to "go back down the road  I came from". Weirdly I was able to post on this thread. 

Y'all jinxed it. I was getting sub-2-second page loads earlier. Back in the 15-second range now. 

Very slow for me, gonna go surf elsewhere tonight.

Ungodly slow.....

Bad again tonight.  Reminds me of the time I tried to download an F-4 Phantom video on dialup.

So sorry, guys. Our developers are still working on it. This one's gonna be expensive... 

Which reminds me--thanks to all of our forum supporters and GRM+ subscribers. (And ever notice that as soon as you seem to be getting a little bit ahead, some big expense shows up and says "I'll take that thanks get lost now"? How does it know? How did the forum software know??)

It's software. Like a cheap Jaguar and a free Porsche, it can sense how much money is left in one's wallet.

This morning the forum was loading super fast. I actually browsed the main forum and I few others I quit visiting because it's so slow. 

Now it's back to a snails pace. 

I just went to start a new thread and post a photo. When I clicked on the "image" icon, the box that opened was full of foreign language text. Just me, or is that happening to others?

The Lorem Ipsum text (it's actual latin) is just a placeholder in the preview box. 

Go ahead and post your picture the normal way-it won't show up in the actual post.

Thanks, seems odd, but good to know. Today I learned something.

I was going to post a car to ID but already found the answer.
