I am a couple glasses of wine and a few mixed drinks into the work day! That is all...
I work from home. So, yes. Matter of fact, I think I'm gonna go grab a Rolling Rock from the fridge.
Back when I was doing graphic design, the answer was yes if we were pulling an all night overtime blitz. The boss would be running the scanner, we'd be cleaning up scans and laying out photo books, all while doing shots of cheap tequila.

I also work from home, but the wife wouldn't be happy if I was getting lit while she wrangles the boys. If anyone around here needs a drink, it is her.

So do I, so technically I could, but.... nah.
Head brewer at a microbrewery. So... yup... although a lot less than most people think because I will not drink when doing heavy lifting, climbing into enclosed spaces, or messing with strong chemicals.
Today is a rare exception of more than usual because I'm nitrogenating a beer, and the only way to really check proper levels is to take two big sips from a pint.
I'm retired and get to do a lot of things during the week I couldn't do when I worked, and that includes a couple brewskies around 3:00 or 4:00 in the afternoon. In fact I have a can of Ballantine Ale opened right now.(I'm using a proper pub-style glass though. I never drink beer straight from the can). Drinking alcohol on the job was decidedly frowned upon where I worked and cause for dismissal.
I have to tool about in a pedovan occasionally, so nope. I actually rarely drink anymore.
At a past job, our perimeter officer(one of only 3 armed staff) that drove around the prison all night used to drink about half a fifth of rum every night.....IDK how he still had a job after wrecking one perimeter car and getting caught E36 M3faced drunk 4 times.
During lunch, yes. Sometimes a few times a week, although this week we haven't gone out. Found out we weren't quite as welcome at our local place as we thought we were... cripes... the 20+% we tip isn't enough?
We have a monthly happy hour with company supplied booze. The leftovers get left in the fridge with all the other free drinks, and they usually don't last too long...
I work in a high school... I think it would be frown upon. But when there is snow days or no school then yeppers haha. usually I get to work on my car too so double bonus haha

Hold up... the gubment lets you drink on the job? That's amazeballs!
My job definitely cuts down on my alcohol consumption a good part of the time, even on weekends while out of town

Have you ever heard any one from Congress talk? Those people are drunk all the time.
