"Boise Police detectives are continuing to follow up on leads and information regarding the 1994 disappearance of Krystyn Dunlap. New information has officers looking for a vehicle that may have been involved in her disappearance. Police are looking for the 1989 Z28 Camaro shown in the photo below. The vin number is 1G1FP21E3KL147418. It was originally grey in color and was grey at the time of Krystyn’s disappearance. It may be a different color now."

Ugh, it's not a 94 to start with...
In reply to Javelin :
She went missing in 94, the Camaro is an 89

Sorry, the press release is poorly-worded where it talks about the car, especially in the "sold many times" section.
Still, I don't think it's an IROC-Z, either. The one photo they have (with the hideous 4-spoke Convo Pro knockoffs) clearly shows a completely flat hood. The IROC should have the twin louvered areas.
E in the VIN means 305, too.

I'll keep an eye out. Twin Falls is between Boise and Nevada.
I fail to understand how finding the car is going to produce any evidence from a 1994 disappearance.
Could provide DNA evidence, maybe.

There was a case here in the 90's. guy was picking up teen girls and killing them. One witness saw him approach one of the girls in his Camaro. They searched province wide and everyone in a Camaro was a suspect. He drove a gold 240SX.
A picture of course is super useful here (this is apparently all they have):

While I agree this one doesnt appear to be an IROC the IROC was available with a 305....sadly.
Dusterbd13 wants them to find the car so he can buy the rims

Was curious about that too, but suspect they have something specific they're interested to know

You're not wrong. I may need to set up a relay once I find it.
