Someone's advertising an Elise hardtop in that area and if it's not sold I'd be very interested in getting my hands on it, but it's a bit of a trek down there and back.
On the off chance the seller still has it and I can make a deal with him, is there anyone in the area who might be able to pick it up and store it for a few weeks until I can drive down there and pick it up (probably on President's Day weekend?).

Well, looks like I'll ignore the slight low RPM knocking noise from the engine bay of the LX470 and will try making my way down to GA on President's Day weekend. It's a good enough deal on the hardtop in the correct color to do something daft as the seller is rightly worried about shipping damage and thus doesn't want to ship the Elise hardtop.
