Anyone speak old PC motherboards / ISA buss on "vintage" CNC machines?

It looks like he just set the monitor on top of the old one.  He didn't get the old monitor working.  It's only 1 display.

That card looks like it has an IDE and floppy controller and adds a bunch of expansion ports, it has parallel and serial ports on the rear plus headers for a HID port and another serial port, but no video output options.

Agreed.  That's a COM card, not a graphics card.
