I use InDesign all the time, and it would be my program of choice for something like that. No need for the latest and greatest, if you have access to an older version go for it.

InDesign is great. I'm Forced to use FrameMaker right now. It's just terrible. There are plenty of online tutorials that'll get you up and running.
