Don't bother, the cops have it pretty heavily guarded. You think we haven't already thought of that?
it's all in coins? How many quarters can you carry while trying to evade the police? I'm guessing not enough to be worth it! Let me know when the truck full of $100 bills crashes!

$1 and $2 coins I think they were. Yeah we have those. We're dumping pennies this year though.

i'm pretty sure we could figure out a way to trick dudley do-right into vacating his post
Yep, it was all loonies and toonies. Word is they're getting some kind of industrial strength magnet to pick 'em up.

It is in a massive rock cut - vertical rock face climbing in front of the cops. You are not likely to pick even one coin before you get handcuffed.
As noted they were using a industrial electromagnet mounted on a loader to pick up the coins.
They were talking about that one on the radio Friday morning. It happened recently in the US. You would be surprised at the disrepair many of those "armored trucks" are actually in.

It's one of those magnets from the wrecking yards.
There were reports of a few people that stopped at the scene, took some souvenirs, then left, but the cops won't confirm it.
I guess Canadian coins are magnetic? Because our US monies certainly aren't. Unless you count those silver zinc pennies from during WWII.
And I'll go as long as we can steal a maple syrup tanker truck while we're there.

Our coins are mostly (completely?) composed of Nickel and they're definitely magnetic.
