I hired a guy who worked for Enterprise.

Good for your first two years out of college. Then move on....

They're divisions of Enterprise. We contract with them at my work, in fact we even have an Enterprise employee on site. They tend to hire lots of people right out of college or with little other experience. They ask for long hours and hard work, so combined with "newbies" that leads to high turnover rates. However, it's good experience, and if you stick with them and work your butt off, you can rise through the ranks very quickly.
