Are there any patent attorney's or patent agents here?

Just like the title says. I want to chat with some patent attorney's or patent agents, or anyone who deals with these folks more than I do, as an engineer who has a few filed patents.

Angry’s product is a medical device. His approvals were a lot different than just a patent. 

I am not looking to get a new product out there, I am looking at a specific career path. I already have one patent and three pending, my employer pays dearly for that service so my part is easy.

I know a patent attorney here in Ohio.  I can give you his info, though I have not talked with him in a few years, just say you got to him through me.  PM me if you want it.

I was a patent examiner at the USPTO but that was a long time ago. I can try and answer questions about the process or law but if you're looking for career advice as a patent attorney, I can't really help there.

Yea, but I bet he still got a patent.

We have a guy on California we've used a few times. Not cheap,but good.

Flight service works for the United States patent office.

Batting about 50% at this game. As with most legal work, the paras and the clerks do all the heavy lifting.

You seem like a pretty good engineer, hope you are not thinking of leaving the profession.

My advice is to be really careful when you will pick the lawyer that will represent you in the court if you have to. It could ruin your life. This is what happened to a friend of mine. He was working with asbestos for a couple of times and that's why he got a lung disease. I told him to [just copy this canoe text like 8 times]
