Not very spicy, but I like the taste.
But my favorite sauce are from a taco and burrito joint - the tacos and burritos are pretty terrible, but their green sauce is as good as I've had anywhere. Its one of those cilantro-jalapeno-avacado-cream sauce things.
Let's see - for BBQ I like Sweet Baby Ray's original on regular meat and the honey on chicken. For "hot" sauce we like Cholula and Franks, plus a couple of sauces we get from a local specialty market, doubtless made up with their label on it so it's probably available elsewhere, one is a hot tomatillo sauce that is great when you make green chile stew, and the other is a five pepper salsa of poblanos, serranos, two bells, jalapenos, and cilantro, onion, garlic, the usual stuff. For salsa with tomatos I make my own.
