Back in the 1970's I was a huge fan. And then i saw them at a dive bar in Romeoville, Illinois. Wow!
The dive bar survived and is now a stripper bar. I am not sure on Foghat.
Lonesome Dave died years ago, Foghat is still around???? Hell, Ringo might as well start a Beatles tour, I'm sure it would suck less.
As an American and a musician, I was appalled! That was arguably the most berkleyed rendition I have ever heard. He made Steve Tyler sound like Pavarotti.

"Foghat" is now the bass player from Foghat and 3 other guys playing Foghat songs. The drummer is off on his own or doing nothing or also pretending to be Foghat and everyone else is dead.

They put her to shame. I heve never heard anything so awful in my life.
I hated them savagely for foisting Slow Ride on us many years ago. However, I really love it when people bomb in front of thousands of people so now I'm all conflicted.

Dude, that wasnt bad. There was no ups and downs vocals like you hear from Rap and r&b singers. pretty straight forward.
I'm suprised that they kept touring under that name after Lonesome Dave passed, but other bands have done the same.
It's weird that I have just been listening to an old Savoy Brown album (Blue Matter), which I rarely listen to, and then Foghat gets back in the news. I never much cared for Foghat, but I loves me some old Savoy Brown!
