I run a pair dumpster divers off about every Saturday morning between 5:30 and 6:00. The only reason they get run off is that they make a ton of noise yelling and not cleaning up after themselves. (leaving trash all over the parking lot). I have a ton of great pictures and videos of them.
The second set of dumpster divers that come every morning at about 7:00 get a pass. In fact a couple of times. I have kept stuff for them if it is too big to put in their truck with all the other crap they have in there.
The Second set are nice people who assure me they don't eat anything out of the dumpster and he just collects the scrap metal before he goes to work. You would never know it but this pays for his daughter to go to private school.
