I'm the first to admit I have trouble with these sometimes. I got :to _ _ before 25. Its on a Fiat 124. I got nothin else. Little help for the simple minded?
Edit: Ok, I see its the frame we're talking about. THAT, I understand.
And it stopped being funny about 30 years ago. It's only slightly funny that it's actually on a Fiat.

The guy who says it and guffaws to himself every time he sees a fiat isn't funny, but the guy who has enough of a sense of humor to put that on his own car is probably pretty cool.
Fiat = Feeble Italian Attempt at Transportation.
I have owned and loved 3 (2 X 1/9's and a 124 Spider) so I can joke about it.
My mother owned a 850 coupe and her mechanic's name was Anthony. She had never heard the joke until he told it to her.

I think the most important issue here is how you are looking for a "new" used car for your wife and you come up with a Fiat.
