Funny you should say that. We made candied bacon (fo realz) to top our coffee ice cream last weekend. Holy berkeley was it awesome.

I had a bunch of heart attacks around 10 years ago & had quadrupal bypass surgery. since then I've had 6 or 7 stents. But I gotta try this.

I wonder if I could make a bacon taco shell by weaving bacon together like that and baking it over a form. Then I could fill it with cheese and onions and taters.

But you must fill it with carnitas, or some further form of pork. Get snooty foodie points by using pork belly - everybody's doing it these days.
