That looks like fun. Almost enough to make me over come my dislike of apples.
Does it taste anything like regular cider?
Bookmarked. I want to do a hard cider or apfelwein this fall. Maybe a couple batches using different methods.
If manipulated apples can give you a hangover, there are no bad ones.
