Now I have it on, all is well. :D

The ALMS race on ABC is a delayed broadcast of yesterday's race on the same track.
IndyCar is on Versus, a cable-only network.
WP ran away with it again. Rest was typical street course stuff. Rahal ran great in second until he got stuck in traffic, finished way back. Simona (sp) finished well. Patrick not so.

What race were you watching?
Patrick = P6
de Silvestro = P12
Looks like IndyCar Race Control still has some fine-tuning to do:

Cliff notes: safety vehicle has a near head-on collision with the field as they exit T1 on the first lap. Graham Rahal needs a new driver's suit now.

I saw that on TV, but didn't realize how close it was! I hope Robin Miller gets wind of that!

Excuse me, I'm old.
Challenging course made for interesting racing mostly because many of the drivers were not prepared for it.
I would've liked to have heard the driver thoughts on the course.

They all raved about the event. Without a fault.
The more they did it, the more I wondered in the back of my mind they were being told to say that. For sure, they were REALLY, REALLY happy with the crowds and the local support- no question at all about that.
But that sure was a rough track. A few though that a few tweaks would make the event virtually perfect, but not faulting the organizers- they did have to deal with some rather unusual weather and recovery just prior to the race.
