Battle bots, who's watchin'?

Is it ensnarement if your bot is a net and once caught... an oxy torch cutter? That would put a stop to the lawnmower.

Jamming control signals would be my first line of offense.

Why isn't anyone launching grenades?

Is it legal to be a rolling EMP?

It does seem like the lawnmower types will be dominant. I am very curious to see what happens when two run up against each other.

I find the angled spinners a bit strange though. The reactionary force of the angled spinner hitting something essentially flips the bot!

I suspect, barring something odd it will come down to Tombstone vs Icewave. Tombstone's spinner is lower and will get under the spinner of Icewave. not sure if its low enough to avoid damage completely but if it comes down to those 2 I'd bet on the lower riding bot.

I seem to recall the "mower" style bots were dominant in the old series too which is why I think they've allowed other style bots some advantages like the mini helper bots this time.

I've not read any of the comments posted yesterday or today because I'm going to watch it now. Can't wait.

Well, I watched this season. I liked the fights mostly, but those total about maybe 10 minutes per show. The rest is bad hosts and bad ring announcers. I suppose if it comes on for another season I'll watch it again.

Me either. I liked it, my biys LOVED it, that made me love it too. What a blast. And the action to blabbing ratio was much better than any major sport I've ever seen.

Just found this on hulu. Watching with interest.
