Word on the street says the club's owner has ties to the Outlaws biker gang. The timing of this raid seems like it had more than a little to do with Bikeweek happening just around the corner.
It seems our Chief of Police has an ax to grind with the Outlaws.
Like was stated, it would take about 16 minutes to figure out illegal things were the norm in the Shark. The "workers" there were blatant about breaking the law.
But as a circus- freakshow - sideshow.....I've never seen a place more entertaining than the Shark......and I've visited more than a few of these type establishments.
come see things you'll wish you never saw......
With "employees" like that, I guaranty they had a Cesarian section night.

I have heard of the Champagne Room but this Cesarian Section is that sort of like a Cesar's Palace type theme??

They used to be on almost every modified during Speedweeks. The Shark was my first experience with a titty bar. We went in '95 while we were down there testing for the Busch race. It was the saddest collection of women i'd ever seen. I'm sure our money would have been better spent at almost any homeless shelter. Thankfully we didn't stumble into the place Margie saw (who knew in her time off she's becoming the Zagats of boobie traps). Later that year they talked me into going into the Fuzzy Grape somewhere in Mass. The entertainting acts there were worth the price of admision.
Webster,MA to be exact. Where even the KFC has 12" thick bulletproof glass.
That was the place. It made the South Bronx feel like Mayberry.
Is this thread a marketing ploy for the 2013 Rolex GRM experience package

The operation dubbed Operation Chum Bucket...
How did they not see that coming?
In my apprenticeship years, strip clubs had the best lunch specials, and decent food, so I've been in my share. None of that prepared me for the nastiness I saw in Syracuse during Super dirt week 98. If I remember, it was minutes from the track. Those were the scariest looking strippers I've ever seen.

I hope the statute of limitations is expired on MY visit to the Shark. (and the rest of a certain Mitsubishi dealer's Service Department in 2000!!)

Apparently we don't all have rules against eating food at a strip club.
I guess they don't have to wear hair nets when they serve food in Canada
