Okay, let's see your nomination for:

I'm nominating Samuel L. Jackson as Villain and Jessica Chastain as the henchwoman.

I'd dip into the cast of The Wire to cast the next Bond film...

Bond: Idris Elba

Villain: Lance Reddick

Henchman: Michael K Williams

Or...

Villain: Aidan Gillen

Henchman: Michael B Jordan

Villian: Elon Musk

Henchmen: a Shiba Inu

Sam Jackson as a Bond villian has kind of been done with the Kingsman movie.  I liked him in that.

Pierce Brosnan said he'd be up for playing a Bond villain, I'd see that.

Villain: Howie Mandel. As an incredibly unfunny, germophobe.

I'd say Angela Bassett as a villain. She's got the weight to not have to say much, but you just know she will annihilate you if she desires.

That would go well with the fan theory that "James Bond" is simply a cover name assigned to whoever is 007 at the time. (Or have recent movies done something to address this? I could have missed it.) Having an ex-007 go rogue and either hatch a villainous plot or just hire out to any interested party as a security consultant offers all sorts of possibilities.

Totally on board with Idris Elba being Bond.

Villain: Amy Adams.  She looks all Midwest-girl-next-door, but she has this "look" that makes her appear as though she is enjoying someone get chewed up in the blender.

The code name fan theory doesn't work when we've seen his parents' gravestone in Skyfall, or in the opening of View to a Kill where Roger Moore is at the grave of Teresa Bond, which is a callback from the Lazenby movie.

I don't know why but the first name that sprang to mind when I saw the thread title was Jim Jeffries. Just let him play the villain as himself. A foul mouthed Australian, telling a lot of jokes.

I am not a fan of the Bond universe, but I would watch that one.
