Up for sale is a really well built Lotus 7 kit car. The body is fiberglass, the chassis is a full custom with a ford 8.8 rear end running 3.73 gears and four wheel disk brakes. The engine is a professionally built 283 small block chevy running a full forged lower end and a full roller cam shaft custom made for the blower, 202/194 double hump heads. Toped with a 144 B/M supercharger. The transmission is a gm th350 with a B/M shift kit and a B/M quick shifter. The interior is fitted with with racing buckets and S/W white winged gauges. the car is very clean and well done. Lots of attention to detail. this car is ready to go. The car does have a clean WI title. I am asking $11,000 O.B.O. Come hear it run. Don't think you are going to come out and take this car for a joy ride, not going to happen, Serious buyers wil be taken for a test drive. Chrome don't get you home. And an auto? Seven-esque, maybe, but I don't think Colin Chapman would approve.

I just don't see the auto killing that much fun when we're talking about a blown smallblock in a Locost.

Though, I do wonder how much power you would loose to go from the blown 283 to an N/A 383 stroker, 'cause you'd certainly loose a few lbs off the front to ditch that supercharger.

Put the blower on a 383- done. Wretched excess can be a good thing. Having recently tried to drive a FF Cobra with twin turbos in the rain, I'll bet this could be exciting.
