Not sure that rant would be considered laying back and having some fun with the guys. Most people know when they are crossing the line. This guy not only crossed it, he pole vaulted it.

From what I gather, it was a wrongful termination/hostile work environment suit, not a "slander" or "You can't call people names" suit. It wasn't the fact that he called her a name, it's the fact that after repeatedly saying "I really don't appreciate being called a n*gger, and I'd appreciate it if it stopped." she was fired. Sounds like a slam-dunk to me.
If Poopy thinks this isn't just a case of someone needing to HTFU and untwist their panties... it probably isn't.
