Not a canoe. Just twelve pounds of AWESOME

Well if they were already dead and still needed killing, what's really changed? He's going to have to kill them for all eternity, or at least until the franchise is as dead as the villains. Er, even more deaderer.
Color me excited. I am all over an Army of Darkness sequel, as long as it's got Bruce Campbell!
No links. I heard it on the radio from a Trusted Source.
Granted, Army of Darkness wasn't as good of a movie as Evil Dead II, but ED2 was a horror movie that was more accidentally-on-purpose funny, while AoD was more like Xena/Hercules vs. Zombies. The production quality was way too good for it to be a good movie, if that makes any sense.
But you know what? I'll take it. I'll be there at the midnight showing whenever it comes out, waiting in line with all the other primitive screwheads, foam chainsaw in hand.
Sam Raimi is Directing? Check

1973 Oldsmobile Delta 88? Hopefully

Sam Rami almost always has a Delta 88
My friend posted this last night on Facebook & I admit I kinda squee'd like a little girl: bruce-campbell-confirms-army-of-darkness-2-is-happening
I have two different copies of the original so I can watch both endings, and kinda prefer the newer one shown in theaters. Also when this movie came out on VHS I rented it while dating my ex-wife to be, she fell asleep 10 minutes in. Current girl has all 3 Evil Dead DVD's and loves AoD. Case closed.
Also, one time at a Renn Festival:

It was. I wanted to do it for years and finally did it. Most people there totally got it and made comments, even a photo with me. I few people were like "a gun at a Renn Festival?" Obviously losers...
We had been there for an hour, and finally some local security schlep came up to me asking questions about my gun. Basically he thought I brought a real gun to a festival. Yes, and for the last HOUR I've been assessing my targets. "This....is my BOOMSTICK!" (He seemed less concerned about my chainsaw)

Well, yeah. Boomsticks were from medieval England not Renaissance England.
