Its lunch time and I am 100% certain I want a sandwich (it is the Miata of lunches after all).
Do I build or buy? I'm at work and I don't actually have anything to build my own but I could go to the grocery store and get supplies. However, having one built by professionals will save me some time and allow more of my lunch hour to really ENJOY the sandwich.

I just got a gas station Italian sub. I did the standard mod and sloggered on some mayo and a few chips to make it crunchy.

Turns out the answer was buy. Steak and Cheese from Jersey Mikes.
Please say you didn't get it "Mike's way", if only to make 'em work for it a little.
Grab a 6 pack of rolls and a pound of ham salad from the deli. Done today, done tomorrow.
