This turned into a rant...disregard the below.

If I had some funky electrical gremlins....should I slather electrical connectors with dialectic grease or something like DeoxIT? Specifically with fuses and engine harness plugs. Any other ideas?

This #$$@#$ing thing reminded me how much I hate jet skis and waverunners. My FIL tried to "give" this to us but instead I offered to fix it for him and just give him the proceeds from the sale. I say give because really all they wanted was to get if off their dock so they could rent the house. I should have made it into an artificial reef.

The subject is a 2002 Sea Doo GTX 4Tec. Among other problems, this thing has some electrical issues. Pins from the wiring harness will get pulled out of the connectors. I've gotten it to the point where it'll run without gauges (gauges are today's mission). The problem is way too......

can't hurt to run dielectric grease on the connectors and then e-tape them together so they do not pull apart.. or find something to ziptie them to so as to cut down on vibrations. Those things do vibrate a LOT

Went to town cleaning connections and ziptie everything that could be zip tied....she runs! And the gauges work!

Unfortunately now I need to diagnose a CE light.
