Though not sure why? I've run it for other people here when I had the account and I've been on here since 2002.
Sharing a Carfax subscription is against their terms of service, so if they find out you're doing it they can cancel you. Carfax keeps an eye out on online automotive boards looking for offenders, and I believe the board administrators can get into trouble as well.
it's in the terms of agreement from carfax.
