I may be weird but the dog bank is the funniest thing I've seen for a long time (even better than "FordFord Econobox"). OTOH the bee-activated dog from the first HV-toys vid is messed up as an idea for a toy.
Obligatory video isn't that great, but the vehicle is kinda nutty (Lazareth mini-Mini-Moke, 4.7L Maserati V8)

No way I would, but I do see the benefits. I fly gliders after paying a monthly stipend and $35/tow. (-7hrs per flight). Local helicopter Instructor gets $500/hour.
Go the Gov't plan if possible.
