I've been googling everything I can think of and am coming up short. I'm looking for a cross-section or cutaway drawing of an engine from the valve cover to the crank, or just shy of that. I want to see the valves and cams or valvetrain. I'd prefer a DOHC motor, but I'm not picky. I really need this to be a pretty hi quality pic, I'm guessing 1MB or larger? And the more of a straight on shot the better.
This is the closest I've come up with. I think I can work with it, but there has to be something better out there.

I know this isn't exactly what you are looking for, but this site has some pretty cool illustrations.

Then, there's this video of a DOHC 4 cylinder virtual engine assembly, which I found quite interesting.

You guys hit the nail on the head. I think I can work with either of the two cutaway pics, and I haven't even explored the link yet! I knew GRM would come through again.
Now you need some DoodleArt felts. :)
There's a watermark but here's a hemi for ya

Do you have a high-res version? I like that one too. The BMW one I started using doesn't have a spark plug. I can photoshop a plug in there, but that's work and stuff.
In reply to DrBoost:
No that's the largest one I could find. If its any consolation I found a high res raidial aircraft engine that is pretty badass.

Lancia Type 4 Aircraft V-12.

I have another t-shirt idea. In the process of taking the BMW drawing and making it far enough from the original so as to not get in trouble when I sell 10,000,000 of these and end up as one of the sharks on Shark Tank.

Here's what I have so far. Besides the obvious rotate and trimming of the block and gear case, how many differences can we spot?

Keep in mind, this is a rough, in-process image.
I couldn't find anything to help you but I did find this while looking...
