Deep fried breaded pig chunks.  Pretty standard operating conditions here.

Greek restaurants were super common around here in the 70's-90's.  That was the original source, I believe.

You can also get a similar thing in Puerto Rico. No breading, just fried pork chunks. Pretty awesome.

Breaded and fried pork chunks?  So, piggy nuggies?  I have never seen such a thing as a menu item and now I'm wondering how this isn't more wide spread.  Closest thing I can think of is sweet & sour pork from a Chinese place.

Available in grocery stores freezer section and stores with a ready to go line. Work fantastically as appetizers so people aren't getting sticky sauce all over the place.
