If you can't stay asleep, sleep apnea may be the problem. Prolly good to research and/ or discuss that w/ your physician just to rule it out.
I had sleep apnea for years before being diagnosed, always feeling hung over. Sleep clinic and CPAP later I sleep like a baby.
Tucker, it went into my "car stuff" folder, so I didn't get it until now.
The one thing that makes me question sleep apnea is that I don't have the same issues sleeping during the day. I still feel that it's going to require a sleep study to figure out. Until I have medical coverage of some nature, I doubt it's going to happen.
