Can’t upload pics from iPhone?

Is this on the IT team's radar?   Anyone else having this issue?

Try clearing your cache.  There's also a known issue with landscape vs portrait.

Hmmm. Cleared cache and tried a portrait.  Still no luck on my end. :/

Seems I can upload images from other sources.  But not pictures taken by my phone. 

seems screen shots work too

Thanks for the note, and it might be a limited problem. We can troubleshoot it with our developers once back in the office on Monday. 

I've been seeing the same thing. 

Iphone 15, and photos I take with the phone won't upload, but screen shots and photos save to the phone from the web or FB can be uploaded. 

Mine has been working fine 

I just ran in to this as well on my iPhone 14.  I remembered this thread and cleared my cache but no change.  

I have an iPhone13, and can't even post a reply.  The "Your Comment" block is just gray with no place to type, or change anything.  

So I can't even screen shot it and post it.

Same here.   There is supposed to be a picture below this 

FWIW, I just uploaded a photo from my iPhone XS. I’m running iOS 16.6.1.

Still, we’ll get with the developers tomorrow.

Mine is a 13 Mini running iOS 17.6.1

Some sleuthing and testing for the team David.  The photo above I snapped and uploaded and it worked.  A photo on my phone within my pictures shows a bar that displays loading progress and when it hits 100% it switches to the screen with the Latin text but a red block with an X in the upper LH corner of where the image should be.  When I hit the green OK button it pops me back out a level.  

Man I gotta clean the garage!

So Upload->Add an Image->Take photo works for me as above

Upload->Add an Image-> Photo Library does not work for me. 

I'm on iOS 18, still not working after clearing it all out.

wow, that's a big pic.  Bigger than my phone, even.

same boat for me, can't upload from iPhone. 

I don't have an iphone so I could just be diluting the solution but I was having problems last week uploading. Pictures straight from the phone wouldn't upload but if processed in windows (like cropping or resaving as another format) and it'd upload just fine.

I've been having the same issue. iPhone and photo library, gets the red X after uploading. 
 

I think I'll try turning it off and back on again.

For those having the issue, are you trying to upload jpg or HEIF files? 

Straight from settings on mine. Screenshots upload but not straight from camera. 
 

Oddly when the progress bar is showing upload it lists the name as a jpeg even though the setting suggests it should be HEIF/HEVC.
