I had a different idea in mind. 
I heard that Illinois has made it a felony (aggravated assault, I think) to assault a store worker that tells you to put on a mask. More places should follow suit with that.
Not that it will stop idiots like this, but it makes it easier after.
Seems like we all just need a bit more Montessori in our lives. a grace and courtesy lesson would go a long way.
