Actually, CarGuy123 posted in one of my threads recently and I too was surprised and happy to see him back. He gave me some very good advise years ago and I thank him and remember him for it.
I made a post a couple years ago asking if anyone knew what happened to him. I just went digging through my old posts trying to find it. I couldn't. But, I did find overwhelming evidence that I have been a major dick over the years here. So, to anyone whom I have been a dick towards in the past, I humbly apologize.
Anyway, CarGuy, my question still stands...
He was in mortgage business wasn't he? At least I think I remember it that way.

Glad I'm not the only one. I was looking for a specific thread not long ago and noticed how abrasive some of my posts can be. I assure you, I'm much more of an shiny happy person in person. 
I google "Grassroots Motorsports, my name, and some specific words that I may have included in the title or text of the post", then I save stuff in a bookmarked file called "GRM Threads".
