Basic sub $20k full size pickup truck...modern reliability, classic functionality.
2wd, Regular cab, 8' bed, rubber floors, vinyl bench seat, and manual trans. I can accept power windows and mirrors, it's a long reach to get to the passenger side.
No need for carpet, infotainment, or 20k pound tow rating.
Stop by your Ram dealer. $23,375 for a V6 2WD regular cab long bed, and I'll bet there are incentives because there are always incentives on half tons. You do get an automatic (because anyone who drives a truck for a living prefers it) and a radio because, well, you've gotta listen to Fox News somehow.
Ironically, the carpet delete costs an extra $500 because you lose the vinyl seats and get cloth along with XM radio. Weird.
Solstice/Sky type sports cars from GM and then Ford would come up with an Ecoboosted competitor and the world would be wonderful.
More small sports cars in general. Wish Toyota would do an MR2
Real stations wagons in the US.
Cars that you can see out of I had to move my sister's Nissan Rogue around in the driveway today and I felt like I was sitting in a bunker.
I would buy two. Drive one, store the other for when the first one died and never buy another car again as long as I lived. (Rustproofing the wheel wells would be a welcomed and inexpensive upgrade over the original)
Id love to have the ability to build a truck the way I want it!! Yeah, I want heated/cooled leather seats, a fancy stereo and backup camera with a vinyl floor. Nissan 240SX, Honda NSX (dont need the "premium" badge thanks), Honda S2000, Toyota Supra, GM Gbody cars(2 doors, rwd, long distance luxo/sport tourers).
Wagons. Of all type and configurations.

Especially the current Mazda 6 wagon!

Have you looked around your local dealers for older stock of these?
The package thing is really annoying. Sometimes I might want the limited-slip diff without leather, premium audio, and a moonroof!

THAT RIGHT THERE is the packaging bullE36 M3 that just drives. Me. Insane. What POSSIBLE relevance do those things have to each other?
Makes it easier to build the trucks, perhaps?
I don't have anything against the current Dodge Dart, but I've often wondered what might have happened if the A-bodies had stayed in production with the same combination of rear wheel drive and slant six but with a modern DOHC cylinder head. Would the result be like an American 3 series?
Triumph Spitfire. Or the Fiat 124.
Ford Probe. This may be an odd one, but it was pretty much a case of taking a hot hatch and scaling it up to Honda Accord size without losing the fun.
In reply to MadScientistMatt:
Its always suprised me that the probe wasnt more populer

Understated, reliable, simple RWD coupes and sedans. 510s, 2002s, Mantas, Corinas, etc.
AE86 GTS. Nuff said.

I like EG's but I already have an only-owner EF hatch; my 17yr old neighbor lusts for it. Yeah, well, I lust for his mom and we're both gonna be disappointed because neither are available.
Another vote for a bronco.
A modern del Sol, with 2x wishbone.
I would love to see a small RWD hatchback. Like a Mazda GLC, or Pinto or Chevette.
I'd buy a brand new 1981 Toyota Corolla wagon, if I could.
I would also love to see a RWD business coupe, with the tall trunk that has a low opening like a wagon and not like a sedan. Make it Miata sized and 40+ mpgs and it would be the perfect commuter, like and extended cab S10 but easier to park with locked storage.
Toyota Supra.
And another personal luxury coupe from FoMoCo. Like a modern Lincoln MK VIII or Ford Thunderbird.

More station wagons.
For BMW to resurrect the Triumph name as a line of relatively inexpensive 2-seat sports cars based on the Z# platform.

Any cheap base model 2 dr hatch with a 5 spd.
Is it OK if it has 5 doors? 'cause we now have the base Micra for under 10k CAD available in Canada. It's bare (manual windows and locks, no A/C, no bluetooth, no USB, no nothing), but it's got a decent engine, comes with a 5-speed, has decent suspension and enough room inside.
For me, I'd like to have GM bring back the bare Suburban. Without all the gizmos, leather everything, etc...

Not under any circumstances.
