Ide love to see a new chevelle but a retro/modern version (like dodge did with the challager)

Sorry dude the Kei cars are dying out like everything else on the list, Japan is regulating and taxing them out of existence
Another MR2, but with double wishbones and breaking the rule of massive coolness decrease with every new generation. They should aim for the ultimate coolness of the AW11, if they at least surpass SW20 levels I'd be happy.

Call it a BRAT with the required jump seats, and you got yourself a deal.

X'S ABOUT A BILLION.

Remember when we had a choice of 2 or 4 doors on most cars? Now it's 4 doors or nothing. It's even stranger when a 2-door is available in other markets but not here. I'm looking at you, Ford. (2 door Fiesta and Focus in Europe)
Toyota Supra, not the foolish "supercar Supra" idea, though. Look at BMW. Twin turbo straight 6 RWD car, 135i coupe. Something like that. A true GT car that is missing from every Japanese companies lineup aside Nissan.
That or for Mazda to re-release the RX8 with the Mazdaspeed 3 engine.
I don't think they were available in the states but this weekend I saw a LHD 1980's Mini and it reminded me of the island special: Mini Moke!
Tiny, simple, zippy, looked like a low slung wrangler. I'd rock one every day if I could get one here for cheapness.
I know you are all thinking it, but the Kia Rondo has to come back to America. There has been a gaping hole in the soul of this country since it's departure. (too dramatic?)
My other vote is for the Talon TSi
I mean, AWD, turbo, 195hp, vestigial back seat, hatchback utility. I could see Mitsubishi, Dodge/Fiat, Subaru/Toyota or even GM putting this out easily today with 250hp.
I always thought of the Evo as the Eclipse/Talon replacement really. The Ralliart cars matched it well aside from body style.
My WRX reminded me a lot of my DSM even down to the 90s interior, transmission, and weight of it.
I think if anyone tried to do a "DSM" like car today it wouldn't be the same. The previous generation WRX was the closest to it IMO.
In reply to pinchvalve: Love the DSM, I had one once. But the Rondo? It's like someone tried to make a car uglier than a Pontiac Aztek (my opinion and beauty is in the eye of the beholder and all that)
Keep in mind that the Rondo was voted the most beautiful car ever made, and the most bad-ass vehicle on the planet by a panel of experts.
The only time a Kia Rondo looks good is dangling from the mouth of Carasaurs before being reduced to smoldering debris on the floor of a monster truck show.
I would take a Bronco or Blazer. There's no reason I should have to have four doors just because other people churn out kids.

I'm another fan of small simple 2 door hatchbacks. I DD a ZX3 Focus but it really isn't small. I picked up an 05 Hyundai Accent 2dr hatch for #2 Daughter and I'm tempted to swap with her. It needs a good set of sway bars, about 1.5" lower ride height and maybe some stiffer springs but it's a fun little car.

You really need some lessons in the use of emoticons...I hope...

I agree, and I'd like it to look like the FT1 concept.
Definitely couldn't afford one though, maybe when they put on a couple decades again...
Agree with wagons and small, rwd, 4 cyl sports cars. The Miata and Twins are a good start but I'd like more variety.
Chevette. No, seriously. Think about it for a moment.... a very small hatchback, rear wheel drive with the new turbo ecotech engines.

Read my review of the FX35, to me it is the closest modern thing to the old Eagle 4x4s: http://www.autotraderclassics.com/car-article/Classic+Reviews+_+2011+Infiniti+FX35-191548.xhtml
Lincoln Mark VII
Lincoln Mark VIII
Lexus SC400
Pretty much I want the return of the personal luxury cruiser. Two doors, luxury interior, and a V8.
