Customer came in, got these Dodge Ram wheels refinished. Looks awesome, feels pretty light. 18 inch, by 9 inch. Can't find these to save my life. Who wishes to accept this challenge?

IDK what they are exactly, but there is a late 80's econoline van by me for sale with them on it......I believe they have american racing center caps on them.

Also, didn't the "Official pace truck" pre-2002 dodge truck(dakota RT IIRC) have these on them?

Edit: They are from one of these Ram's(Oh look, the paint is even falling off... )

Pretty sure they're OEM 1st gen post refresh (read semi nose) Ram R/T wheels. I'm digging right now- I already found a set of 17x9's.

Haha, Original Wheels uses us to purchase wheels from. They are basically the middleman in wheel sales

I still want one of those trucks. I saw one over the weekend and it had a cap on it and was being used as a beater.

Duke, Can you talk about your business here? Can you estimate how much it would cost me to have a set of wheels like this re-finished? They basically have a machined finish (very tight lathe pattern) with clear-coat on them. Send me a msg if you need to reply off the forum.

In reply to JamesMcD:

It typically costs about $130/wheel to re-machine finish. We could do $100/wheel. We got a location in Chicago that can do it.

Damn, I really wish you were closer. I have a set of billet Boyd Coddingtons with curb rash on every wheel. (never loan your vehicle to a friend...)

I know I'm late to the party, but yea those are '98-99 Ram SST wheels. They were made by American Racing for Dodge, before Daimler boned AR.

I can't remember the original American Racing name pr number for the wheel, but they came out in the mid to late '90's. I'm sure I have a catalog or brochure buried somewhere at home with them listed.

They were available in various sized from AR, but only in one size on the Ram. I thought they were 17x9 on the Ram, but I guess not.

They were 17x9 on the ram, you're right. This might be an aftermarket set, made by AR as you said.

Winnipeg/Regina/Saskatoon Wheel Works. Call Gord in Regina and he'll let you know if anybody closer to Hogtown can do them.

Eh, not yet. Even though the Owner of Wheels America is Canadian, we don't have any stores up there..

Maybe because it's Wheels America? If it were Wheels Canada, you'd be in bidness...
