That's all I got but I'm sure it'll garner a few posts. https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/mld/cto/6182412016.html

A couple of oddities...

Ad says, "This bus was originally owned and operated by golden gate transit and has never left the west coast."
The bus that never left the West Coast is now listed in Washington DC???

I am surprised to see this bus has more Greyhound style "coach seating" and not typical city bus seating.

Yeah I let him slide on the "never left". I figured what he meant.

A new definition of 'antique', I guess.

I almost bought a MCI 9 before I bought SanFord. The mechanics were pretty scary though.

That one looks like it needs to be flying through the air.

I would trade organs for a Fishbowl with a V8 and highway gears. The coach seating was normally for a commuter bus. We had them for express routes from Staten Island and Brooklyn into Manhattan. That one also looks like it doesn't have a rear door. Ours had rear doors and V6s, but a lot of companies in Jersey had them configured like that. I'm pretty sure they were generally also ordered with power steering which is nice. Ours didn't and the few times I've been in them it's a chore to turn.

'has overhead luggage racks for passenger storage'... did they plan to charge them rent? How long can a passenger stay in the rack? Sorry it just struck me funny. Feel free to return to the serious discussion.
