Isn't that the dude from Godzilla? Also, looks amusing. The terminators universe has always intrigued.
It looks a bit like a highlight reel from the previous movies.
Could be good, but I think they really need to go with an entirely original story and stop trying to fit stories into the original timeline.
Making sequels to movies that involve time travel will almost always start to get silly.

I'm with you. I require something more than remakes, sequels and yet another marvel comic book turned into a megabuck blockbuster. For berkeleys sake I can happily go a decade before I see another wirework fight scene.

That's why I watch a lot of foreign or independent films. It annoys me when Hollywood decides to remake a foreign film for the American audience.
I'm intrigued. Looks like a reboot in the fashion of JJ Abrams new Star Trek movies. Same characters, familiar universe, different timeline, wildly original outcome.
Plus, It HAS to be better than Terminator Salvation.
Am I the only.one that didn't hate salvation? I thought it was better than 3 and that wet blanket they got for john connor at least.
Salvation had some good parts but when the protagonist scrambled the brain on the crotch rocket terminator then used the hand and foot controls that the machines were nice enough to include in the design to ride it, it took me right out of the movie. Actually I was probably out of it before then but that really sticks in my mind.

I was going to comment in this thread, but I see it's already been handled.

This. Also, I liked Salvation. Thought it was good.

I'mwith Tom. I enjoy entertainment. It doesn't have to be perfect and it's a good story to mine for newish material.
I wonder if they'll bump in to Doc, Marty and Spock Prime.
Actually, I would be totally on board for a movie where all time traveling characters got mixed up and ended up in the same reality. Tell me you would not be there opening day for a Back to the Future/Terminator/Time Cop/Bill & Ted/Final Countdown/12 Monkeys/Futurama/Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court crossover flick.
Everyone would end up with Parkinson's....you saw what happened to Marty when he went back too much didn't you?
Hell yeah I'm in. I see explosions and guns and robots and time travel and my favorite Terminator elements all mashed up together with Arnold. Sign me up.
Bring back Firefly! Oh wait...
I don't care for the Terminator movies too much personally, the first 2 yea they were alright but that might be nostalgia. I didn't like 3 and Salvation was awful. Of course I don't care for many sequels of any sort unless the movies were intended to be viewed as a trilogy. Hell I love Star Wars and I'm not even that excited for VII.
Except for Pacific Rim. I'll watch as many of those as they put out.
