I just replaced the hd in my laptop and reloaded 7. The instal went fine, but I'm missing drivers for the built in wireless and Ethernet. The computer came with no backup disks, and the old hd is bad.

Best I can think is to find the drivers online on another computer and transfer it on a flash drive. Any recommendations?

While you are at it I would grab all of the other drivers for your machine. In my experience the OEM drivers are batter than the generic MS ones.
